Onward Play is looking to hire a VIP Membership Rewards Manager to oversee VIP relationships for our studio’s flagship suite of mobile games. This suite of games is wildly popular and are currently ranked #1 in the Apple App Store for the last 4 months, and consistently ranked as top 5 among all free games.
What are we looking for?
• 2+ years of experience in a VIP support managerial role (gaming or casino industry is a plus)
• Strong communication skills, native English speaker
• Bachelor's degree or higher is preferred
• Previous experience working with an international team
• Data-oriented, strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Experience in project management
• Experience in user operations is preferred
• Experience in using CRM tools
• Customer-centric mindset with great attention to details
• Proactive, service-minded and enjoy working with people
• Able to provide “on-call” support in 24/7 shifts including during weekends when required
