Technical Program Manager - Salesforce

Onward Search's fintech client is seeking an expert in Salesforce for a Technical Program Manager opening. 
 

Job Overview: In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful transition and integration of multiple operations teams onto new platforms and processes within the Salesforce environment.

Key Duties:

• Develop and manage comprehensive project schedules and project management plans, considering all interdependencies and limitations.
• Execute change management strategies as outlined in the plan, ensuring effective control of scope, quality, timelines, costs, and contractual agreements.
• Maintain accurate program data and status updates by diligently populating the program management information system, thereby providing stakeholders with up-to-date program information.
• Contribute insights to significant decisions pertaining to sales operations policies, planning, and strategic initiatives.
• Formulate, execute, and assess operational policies and procedures, collaborating with stakeholders across various functions.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 4 years of experience encompassing elements of program management and sales operations.
• Highly desirable to have experience with Salesforce tools and processes.

Pay: $100 - $106 hourly
