Director of Development (AAA Gaming)

Our client, a Game Studio working on a FPS is searching for a Development Director. This Development Director will be responsible for:

• Working with the EP's and Studio Directors in driving development timeline and accomplishing milestones
• Identifying risks to timeline, communicating those risks, and providing solutions to those risks
• Creating tools that effectively track progression
• Acting as liaison between staff and EP's on necessary needs of team
• Driving resource planning

The ideal Development Director will have/be proficient in:

• Strong background in Project Management
• Strong background in Game Development
• Working in a waterfall or Agile environment
• Jira, Excel, Shotgun proficient

Pay: $180,000 -$200,000 yearly
