Sr. Software Engineer

Onward Search's Fintech Client is seeking a Sr. Software Engineer to work in the FinTech space to help build user-friendly and engaging backend services that house stable assets for the company. 

Preferred Qualifications:

• Possess a minimum of 3+ years of hands-on experience in the field of software engineering.
• Demonstrated proficiency with Golang, Docker, Postgres, MongoDB, and AWS, reflecting a strong technical foundation.
• Proven track record of designing, constructing, expanding, and upholding production services, showcasing adeptness in crafting service-oriented architectures.
• Proficiency in crafting high-caliber, meticulously tested code that effectively addresses customer requirements.
• Exhibit robust aptitude in troubleshooting intricate issues within backend applications, highlighting your adept problem-solving skills.
• Capable of fostering fruitful collaboration with multifaceted, cross-functional teams, which encompass designers, product managers, and fellow software engineers.
• Enthusiastically dedicated to the creation of an inclusive financial ecosystem fostering global unity.

• Prior exposure to Ruby, Rails, GraphQL, and Kubernetes would be advantageous.
• Previous engagement within horizontal teams or remote projects would be a plus.
