Onward Play needs a full-time, direct hire Partnership Development Manager for a rapidly growing Game Audio Client.

As a Partnership Development Manager you’ll:

  • Support internal team following up on projects with current partners

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities and partners from prospecting to close

  • Cultivate and maintain strong and professional relationships with new and existing partners

  • Assist with drafting business plans, presentations, market research and other reports as required

  • Be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines

  • Prepare business pitch decks and presentation materials

  • Stay active in game industry trends

  • Attend conferences and in-person meetings as required

Skills & Experience Needed:

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in business development within the game industry

  • Excellent presentation skills

  • Strong oral and written communication skills

  • Proficient in MS office suites, Zoom Info, Mix Match and CRM
