Our client is looking for a perm remote Community Management Lead. Sports lover is a big plus and someone who wants to utilize creative, marketing, social to grow an engaged community.
  • Develop and manage the implementation of community moderation policies and support tools

  • Ensure the community is growing with highly engaged and diverse fans across our platform by partnering and coordinating with live ops for in-app fan communication

  • Cultivate and expand new relationships with key influencers within the community through design and execution of recognition and reward programs

  • 4+ years of experience in Community Management, Marketing, Community Growth, Advertising, or relevant field

  • designing and executing community outreach and growth initiatives that engage, excite, and attract the most invested customers across multiple platforms.

  • Knowledge of resources for managing social channels

  • Prior knowledge of designing social networks methods and tactics

  • Collaborate with the Marketing and Creative teams to create high-quality, engaging, relevant, and timely content
