Technical Art Director

Our client, a game studio is looking for a Technical Art Director

This Technical Art Director will be responsible for:

• Leading a team of 8 (5 in San Fran and 3 in other locations)
•  Meeting w/ technical artists and assistant tech art directors to share info and have meeting of the minds to set benchmarks, share progress, etc
• Preparing post-mortems and sharing ways to integrate data via graphics
• Staying current on all market trends
• Participating in building/recruiting the team necessary to hit goals

The ideal Technical Art Director will have:

• Strong 3D experience
• FPS and multiplayer experience on PC/Console
• Unreal, Frostbite, Radiant experience
• Art and programming experience
• Strong communications skills to be a leader to your team
• Exceptional time mgmt, organizational, and critical thinking skills
