Lead Level Designer

Our client, a game studio working on some awesome games is searching for a Lead Level Designer

This Lead Level Designer will be responsible for:

• Leading by example by mentoring, uplifting, and being an empathetic leader to 4-6 designers
• Non guided Procedural Generation (not needing hand holding)
• Creating environments for combat, exploration, and storytelling
• Creating unique spaces for visual composition
• Focusing on the level design fundamentals
• Creating level chunks that be can recombined with procedural systems
• Creating map systems
• Reporting to the Design Director

The ideal Lead Level Designer will have:

• Python, Lua, C# experience
• Procedural Gen
• Managment idealogy
