Deployment Specialist (IT/Gaming)

Onward is looking for an IT Deployment Specialist for a client for a contraction position onside in Irvine, CA.

o Must have PC hardware experience (ability to build, diagnose, and repair computers)
o Must have experience with client-side hardware (PC, Apple, Docking Stations, Monitors, Printers, Peripherals, KVMS, network switches, VIOP phones)
o Ability to build and setup up desktop and laptops.
o Needs knowledge of installing current versions of Windows and OSX
o Knowledge of maintaining Apple iPhone/iPad and Android OS phone devices
o Must have basic knowledge of network technologies (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
o Must have basic experience with system OS imaging solutions (MDT, SCCM)
o Basic troubleshooting knowledge (the ability to diagnose and repair computer issues)
o 1-year minimum experience in a Corporate IT environment
o Must have illingness to work weekends as needed
o Needs to have the ability to manage time effectively
o Ability to organize and prioritize assigned tasks
o Strong sense of urgency and business orientation
o Basic ITIL knowledge and experience
