Our client, an entertainment company, is seeking an Integrated/Experiential Producer to join the Marketing team.
Responsibilities:
Managing end-to-end production across marketing initiatives, with a primary focus on non traditional content production, including experiential and activations
Lead and manage end-to-end large scale physical, digital and experiential activations from popup to retail to brand activations
Produce high-quality non-traditional content from concept development to final deliverables
Lead and/or support integrated campaign efforts, producing full-funnel creative executions
Manage multiple projects and deliverables while navigating and thriving in a fast-paced, high-impact environment
Partner with Brand, Strategy and Creative team leads to guide creative development as it pertains to non traditional content production
Foster relationships and serve as Production point of contact for internal teams and stakeholders
Lead and collaborate with internal teams throughout creative development, including Media, Business Affairs, Design Team, Photo Team, Music Team, etc.
Guide selection of, and ongoing communication with, external vendors and production partners, representing marketing team with expertise, grace and integrity
Steward production with internal and external partners in the realm of: experiential, activations, digital prototyping, digital production, organic social content and integrated campaign development
Lead regular production-related project meetings such as kick-offs, status, creative reviews, etc, and communicate action steps and updates to the broader team
Effectively and resourcefully manage and clearly communicate production timelines, project deliverables, and resourcing needs
Expertly guide creative development through creative review cycles
Manage budgets, scope and production financials
Manage day-to-day escalations and troubleshooting of production challenges
Ensure all deliverables are executed to the highest production value, meeting creative expectations in balance with marketing objectives while adhering to established timelines and budget
Musts:
5-10+ years of agency or production experience in the non traditional, experiential space
Experience guiding experiential and activation content production from concept through to final delivery - spanning digital, physical and print
Experience working on integrated, 360 campaigns
Deep familiarity with the digital space, and a strong ability to identify opportunities for efficiency and innovation
Experience leading and managing external agencies and/or production partners, with the ability to evaluate vendors for specific project needs spanning production companies, fabrication partners, design firms, social agencies, technical vendors and beyond
